Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for the delivery of governance and IT projects, including managing multiple
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)-related initiatives, and coordinating project progress
with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Define project controls including processes, procedures, and reporting
 Plan and monitor overall projects to ensure milestone achievement
 Manage project budgets, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle
 Manage stakeholders involved in project execution
 Align deliverables across inter-connected projects
 Formulate and monitor project strategies, objectives, and deadlines
 Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure alignment with business needs
 Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation
 Maintain knowledge in Disaster Recovery, Data Security, Access Governance, Business
Continuity, Infrastructure, and Network Standards
 Prepare and present project reports for management

 Ensure all PMO governance and user requirements are fulfilled
 Oversee Project Steering Committees and Working Committee meetings
 Ensure project delivery within the agreed time, resources, and budget

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field

Excellent analytical GRC MS Project planning, implementation
