Job Description

Oversee and manage mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems,
ensuring compliance with designs, project timelines, and quality standards. Provide technical
guidance, coordinate with other disciplines, and support project delivery from installation to
commissioning.

• Oversee mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Review and validate shop drawings and MEP designs.
• Supervise contractors and ensure project milestones are met.
• Support testing, commissioning, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on site.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to review and validate shop drawings and MEP designs.
• Proven supervision and contractor management skills.
