Job Purpose
To assist the Head of Digital Banking & Innovation in planning, executing, and monitoring digital
initiatives, projects, and platforms in alignment with the bank’s strategic direction. The role
supports the design, integration, and continuous enhancement of digital and mobile channels,
driving innovation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Tasks and Duties
Strategic Responsibilities
 Support the implementation of the digital innovation strategy and monitor progress
against defined objectives.
 Conduct research on emerging digital trends and identify opportunities for technology
adoption.
 Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital projects
aligned with strategic goals.
 Assist in developing and deploying new features and enhancements for mobile banking
and other digital platforms.
Digital Operations & Platform Management
 Coordinate day-to-day operations of digital platforms (mobile, internet banking, CRM),
ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
 Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for data-driven
decision-making.
 Ensure compliance of digital solutions with internal policies and regulatory standards.
 Maintain operational documentation and support audit readiness.
Customer Experience & Innovation
 Promote user-centric design principles across digital platforms.
 Gather customer feedback and analyze data to recommend improvements in user
experience.

 Contribute to fostering a digital-first culture across departments through awareness and
collaboration initiatives.
Vendor and Project Coordination
 Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of
project milestones.
 Track project progress, budgets, and resources, and escalate issues when necessary.
Standards and Internal Policies
 Adhere to internal standards and report any incidents or policy violations to relevant
authorities.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or
equivalent discipline.
