Job Description

Job Purpose
To ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes by managing the
people side of change, reducing resistance, and enabling sustainable adoption of new business processes,
technologies, and organizational structures. The role requires leading strategic change
initiatives with a strong focus on
digital transformation across sectors such as government,banking, telecom, and oil & gas.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead and manage the end-to-end change management process in digital transformation
projects.
 Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) to identify affected stakeholders, change risks,
readiness gaps, and impact severity.
 Design and implement change management strategies tailored to the organization’s
structure, culture, and history.
 Develop actionable change management plans, including:
● Communication plans
● Sponsor roadmaps
● Coaching strategies
● Training & capability-building plans
● Resistance management plans
 Engage with cross-functional teams and executives to foster leadership alignment and
sponsorship.
 Evaluate and report on change readiness, adoption rates, and change KPIs.

 Collaborate with project and program management teams to integrate change efforts into
the broader delivery plan.
 Identify, track, and mitigate people-side risks and resistance to change.
 Promote a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
 Deliver change management support for projects in the government, banking, telecom, and
oil & gas sectors.
 Conduct stakeholder engagement workshops, town halls, and post-implementation
feedback sessions.
 Ensure successful user adoption of digital platforms, systems, and new processes.

Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field
(mandatory).
 MBA or Master’s in HR, Change Management, or Organizational Behavior (preferred).
