Job Description

Leads SAP SuccessFactors implementations, specializing in modules such as Employee Central,
Talent Management, and LMS, with strong functional and technical expertise.

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Configure and support modules including Employee Central, Talent Management, and LMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet functional specifications and quality standards.
• Provide user training, support, and system documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams for integration and customization activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Talent
Management, and LMS.
• Ability to lead implementation projects and manage client expectations.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SF.
