Job Description

Supports configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, working closely
with HR teams to align system capabilities with business needs.

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather and analyze system needs
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support
• Customize workflows, forms, and reports within the platform
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Ensure system compliance with organizational policies
• Support post-deployment enhancements and maintenance
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in system configuration and testing
