Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations within the
clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the aesthetic, healthcare, or
wellness industry, with the ability to manage a team, meet revenue targets, and enhance client
satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Clinic Manager, or similar leadership role within the
    aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or wellness sectors
  •  Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  •  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
  •  Commercial mindset with knowledge of clinic workflows and revenue optimization
  •  Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as laser, injectables, and skincare procedures is a
    significant advantage
  •  Proficient in CRM systems, clinic management software, and Microsoft Office tools
