Job Purpose
Lead and drive sales efforts in the real estate industry by developing strategies, managing
teams, engaging clients, and expanding market presence.
Key Tasks and Duties
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Create and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development plans.
• Motivate and lead the team to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and closings for high-value deals.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and team activities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperformance.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and interactions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
