OutSystems Manager

Job Purpose

The OutSystems Manager is responsible for leading the delivery and growth of OutSystems-
based solutions. This role bridges technology and business, overseeing development teams,

managing key accounts, and contributing to business expansion. It requires strong technical
expertise in the OutSystems platform along with proven client engagement and business
development capabilities.
Key Tasks and Duties

Delivery & Technical Oversight
 Lead and manage OutSystems teams across multiple client engagements.
 Oversee solution design, architecture validation, and application performance.
 Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Client Engagement & Business Development
 Serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, building long-term trusted relationships.
 Identify client pain points and design scalable technical solutions.
 Support sales teams in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation,
proposals, and SOW preparation.
 Drive account mining, upselling opportunities, and contribute to acquiring new business.
Leadership & Team Development
 Mentor and coach team leads and developers to enhance performance and delivery
quality.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, PMO) for operational alignment.
 Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage platform learning and certification
within the team.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
