Job Description

Lead and deliver hydrological, hydraulic, and river engineering solutions for infrastructure
development projects, ensuring compliance with design codes, standards, and sustainable
practices.

  • Lead hydrological, hydraulic, and river engineering studies for road, railway, and urban
    infrastructure projects.
  • Manage design and supervision of hydraulic structures including bridges, culverts, levees,
    detention basins, and stormwater networks.
  • Conduct flood control and zoning studies using GIS-based 1D/2D/3D hydrological and
    hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Oversee watershed physiographic, climatology, and rainfall-runoff studies using remote
    sensing and satellite-based precipitation models.
  • Provide technical consulting, project management, and client coordination.
  • Design low-impact development (LID) solutions, subsurface drainage systems, and sustainable
    stormwater facilities for urban areas.
  • Mentor junior engineers and deliver technical workshops and training on hydrology,
    hydraulics, and modeling software.
  • Hands-on expertise in design and supervision of hydraulic structures and flood risk
    assessments.
  • Advanced proficiency in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D/2D), GSSHA, SWMM, Flow-3D,
    ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Aquaveo (WMS/GMS/SMS).
  • Strong knowledge of flood risk assessment, stormwater management, drainage design, and
    hydropower-related studies

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field (Master’s
preferred).
