Job Description

Job Summary:
The Odoo Functional Consultant will play a key role in understanding client requirements, designing
efficient Odoo-based solutions, configuring and implementing Odoo modules, and providing end
user training, UAT and support. This role is ideal for candidates with deep knowledge of Odoo and
experience managing and delivering complex ERP projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose Odoo solutions, and configure modules to
meet client needs.
• Design, implement, and customize various Odoo modules, including but not limited to HRMS,
Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Project Management, and more.
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to manage integration requirements,
ensuring seamless integration with other systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client users, focusing on system
functionality, best practices, and efficient utilization of Odoo solutions.
• Develop and manage a technical task list or backlog to ensure clear scope, priorities, and team
responsibilities, utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: BRD, SRS, FSD, FRD, RTM, user
guides, and training materials.
• Assist with post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, working
closely with the client to maintain system effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and advanced configurations.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the system meets quality standards.
• Stay updated on new Odoo releases and features to continually improve existing solutions and
propose enhancements.
• Manage Odoo version migration and upgrade processes as needed.
