Functional Lead – Source to Settle

Job Description

Provide functional leadership in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Procurement modules by driving business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation. Ensure alignment of business requirements with Oracle ERP capabilities while delivering scalable, best-practice solutions.

  •   Conduct functional evaluation and detailed analysis of business requirements.
  •  Participate in design discussions, workshops, and sessions to identify gaps and propose process improvements.
  •  Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules to deliver best-fit solutions.
  •  Lead functional solution design, application setups, and testing activities.
  •  Configure Oracle EBS Procurement modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and iSupplier Portal.
  •  Prepare design documentation and collaborate with application teams to meet business needs.
  •  Support Oracle applications including extensions, customizations, and development of new CEMLI components.
  •  Participate in testing cycles to ensure solutions work as expected.
  •  Apply industry best practices in functional solution design and development.
  •  Coordinate with offshore teams and provide functional guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
