Fit-Out Supervisor

Job Description

The Fit-Out Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works on site,
ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves close coordination with
subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

  • Supervise and monitor all fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, etc.) on site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and client expectations.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with HSE standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any delays or issues.
  • Assist in site measurements, material requests, and ensuring timely availability of resources.
  • Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and interior construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
