Job Purpose
The Financial Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations,
managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and leading
a team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Tasks and Duties
• Lead and supervise the financial accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Manage accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),
Financial Reporting, and Cash Management.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Review and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with auditors, management, and other stakeholders for reporting and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (CPA,
ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
