Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and management of Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, acting as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader. The
role combines technical expertise, functional understanding, and project management to ensure
ERP systems drive automation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,
ensuring timely and successful delivery
 Translate finance and operational needs into effective ERP configurations and workflows
 Manage ERP system ownership including upgrades, integrations, and long-term
maintenance
 Oversee ERP-related projects using structured methodologies (Agile/Waterfall),
including planning, milestones, budgets, and reporting
 Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues, keeping executive
stakeholders informed
 Develop reporting dashboards and process automation in collaboration with Finance and
IT teams
 Drive user adoption through training, support, and knowledge sharing
 Act as the main liaison with Microsoft partners and external consultants

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related
discipline
