Job Description

Job Purpose
To develop and maintain high-quality mechanical and MEP technical drawings in 2D and 3D
formats, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and effective collaboration with
engineering and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Tasks and Duties
 Prepare precise 2D and 3D mechanical and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or
other latest CAD tools.
 Interpret and translate engineering sketches, specifications, and design instructions into
detailed drawings.
 Update and revise existing drawings as per project modifications or revisions.
 Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to address and resolve design
inconsistencies.
 Ensure all drafted designs comply with relevant industry standards and internal company
guidelines.
 Organize and maintain accurate documentation of all drawing files, including version control
and revision history.
 Assist engineering teams in estimating material requirements and drafting production
timelines based on drawings.
 Provide technical documentation to support prototyping, manufacturing, or site execution
activities.
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or CAD Drafting (MEP-focused).

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software. management proficiency, including drawing revision control. of mechanical systems and MEP components.
