CRM Developer

Job Purpose:
The CRM Developer will be responsible for the implementation, development, and
customization of CRMNext (BusinessNext) solutions to enhance customer-related processes,
including customer onboarding and account services. The role requires prior experience in
CRMNext implementation for banks and a strong understanding of functional and technical
solution development in the Gold version of CRMNext. The CRM Developer will work
closely with stakeholders to develop workflows, configure layouts, integrate APIs, and optimize
CRM performance.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Develop and implement CRMNext solutions, ensuring alignment with banking
business requirements.
2. Design and configure workflows, business rules, and custom pages to optimize CRM
functionality.
3. Integrate SOAP and REST-based APIs to enhance CRMNext performance and third
party connectivity.
4. Optimize SQL database queries and procedures for enhanced system performance.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to authentication, IIS, and system lag.
6. Customize and develop CRMNext layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet business
needs.
7. Develop and maintain Trinity Cross Sell Modeler for integrated data-driven sales
approaches.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRMNext capabilities and user
experience.
9. Identify risks and improve system design by proposing relevant feature enhancements
and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Certification in CRMNext or relevant CRM platforms (preferred).
