Job Description

Job Purpose
The Credit Card Technical Consultant will be responsible for managing, supporting, and
implementing payment systems, with a focus on credit card systems, POS acquiring systems,
and other related payment platforms. The role involves handling projects, change requests
(CRs), compliance-related implementations, and providing technical testing and certifications.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Implement patches, changes, and testing for Credit Card and POS acquiring applications,
including interfaces with internal and external systems.
 Prepare and execute test cases during Agile sprints for payment system applications.
 Perform regression testing, implementation support, and certifications with Visa, MasterCard,
Amex, and Central Bank.
 Support UAT activities and performance testing, ISO testing, and other compliance-related
tests.
 Carry out projects and enhancements related to POS Acquiring & Credit Card issuing.
 Ensure compliance with payment scheme processes and standards (Visa/MasterCard).
 Participate in requirements gathering, design phases, and recommend best approaches for
implementation.
 Manage periodic compliance changes, system upgrades, and payment system releases.
 Establish and maintain operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.

 Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring root cause analysis
and preventive measures.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous
improvement.
 Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with stakeholders for projects and maintenance.
 Support audit and compliance management activities, ensuring adherence to PCI-DSS, ISO
27001, and banking regulations.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
