Construction Manager

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to
specifications and timelines. - Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related
issues. - Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
- Lead project handover, final inspections, and documentation.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred but not
mandatory).
