Construction Manager

Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.

  • Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure smooth execution of work.
  •  Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  •  Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to
    specifications and timelines.
  • Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
  •  Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  •  Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related
    issues.
  •  Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  •  Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
  •  Lead project handover, final inspections, and documentation.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred but not
mandatory).
