Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading growth initiatives in Oman’s
mining, exploration, and drilling services sector. The role focuses on developing and executing
business strategies, securing new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships with
government entities, mining companies, and international contractors.
Key Tasks and Duties
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in mining, drilling, and exploration projects.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, mining companies, and
contractors.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights.
• Lead preparation of proposals, tenders, and bids with technical and operations teams.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring favorable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams for smooth contract execution.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Geology, or related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic. mining, exploration, drilling, oil & gas services, or heavy industries. sales, or client relationship management.
