Job Purpose
The Business Demand Officer – Trainee will assist in the end-to-end management, tracking, and
governance of business demand change requests. The role involves coordinating with
stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and providing reporting and analytical support to
ensure successful implementation and tracking of change initiatives.
Key Tasks and Duties
Change Request Management:
Review and refine business demand requests in collaboration with stakeholders
Define the scope of change and obtain approvals from impacted departments
Prepare and present change requests for governance and approval
Develop schedules for change requests with IT and vendors
Track implementation timelines and communicate progress to business and IT
Governance and Communication:
Manage documentation of delays and issues for each change request
Conduct and coordinate meetings with business units, IT teams, and focus groups
Act as a liaison and point of contact between stakeholders and the BDM team
Provide regular updates to management committees on request status
Assist in managing Systems Customization Approvals Committee activities

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
