Responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed drawings, designs, and documentation for
Civil, MEP, ELV, Telecom, and IT-related projects. The role involves coordination with multiple
disciplines, ensuring design accuracy, compliance with standards, and p
- Prepare and revise detailed AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D drawings for civil, MEP, and ELV
systems. - Conduct site visits to gather data, verify field conditions, and ensure accurate drafting.
- Ensure construction, installation, and maintenance activities follow design specifications and
standards. - Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and project components.
- Provide updates and revisions during design phases and present proposals for client approval.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for coordination.
- Supervise and monitor project phases including site preparation, foundation works, and
structural construction. - Perform multidisciplinary coordination with civil, process, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify deviations and ensure quality compliance.
- Prepare shop drawings, structural detailing, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Support in multi-disciplinary drawing checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
