Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Audio Visual Planner – Video to lead the technical
design and execution of video systems for large-scale events and conferences. This
role involves pre-event planning, equipment specification, signal routing, and live show
execution, ensuring flawless video delivery across all display platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
 Plan and design video system layouts including camera feeds, projection, LED
walls, and control systems.
 Work with creative and technical teams to understand event requirements and
develop video solutions.
 Oversee installation, testing, and live operation of video systems.
 Ensure seamless signal flow across multiple sources and destinations (switchers,
scalers, projectors, etc.).
 Troubleshoot and resolve video-related issues during pre-production and live
events.
 Manage relationships with video vendors and rental providers.
 Maintain and update inventory of video equipment.

signal types (SDI, HDMI, DVI), Strong expertise in video switching, scaling, and live mixing (Barco, Blackmagic, Analog Way, etc.). with LED wall mapping, projection setups, and camera systems.
