Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Project Leadership: Lead and manage agile product and IT project deliveries, guiding them from the initial concept through to the final testing phase.
-Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with external partners, vendors, and cross-functional agile teams to ensure alignment on project goals, epics, test cases, roadmaps, and other critical elements.
-Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and project plans, including detailed resource allocations and timelines.
-Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Resolve issues effectively and ensure projects remain on track.
-Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure projects adhere to agile methodologies, project management best practices, and relevant compliance standards.
-Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to support IT development, DevOps processes, and QA testing.
-Client Engagement: Undertake business trips to interact with customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

-Experience: Project Manager handling enterprise-level or agile projects, with a preference for FinTech app design or development focus.
-Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile and project management methodologies.
-Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a VUCA environment and meet tight deadlines.
-International Experience: International background or experience preferred.
-Preferred Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in areas such as FinTech propositions, product design & UI/UX, mobile app development, backend technologies, customer support, acquisition, or CRM campaigns/data analytics.
