Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design: Plan and design network infrastructure, including both LAN and WAN environments, to support organizational requirements and scalability.
• Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to establish and maintain network connectivity.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance tasks and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• IP Telephony: Design, configure, and manage IP telephony systems, including VoIP solutions, to support efficient communication within the organization.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, topology, and changes. Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.
• Security: Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Monitoring: Monitor network performance and traffic, utilizing network management tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
