Flutter Developer

Job Purpose:
The Flutter Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile
applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS platforms. The role requires
expertise in mobile app architecture, UI/UX design, state management, and secure
application development. Experience in the banking sector is highly preferred, with a strong
understanding of regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR). The Flutter Developer will work
closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, bug-free applications that meet
business and security requirements.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and
Dart.
2. Design and implement mobile UI/UX following best practices for performance and
usability.
3. Integrate mobile apps with backend services, databases, and third-party APIs.
4. Ensure compliance with banking security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) in app
development.
5. Optimize mobile application performance, ensuring smooth user experience.
6. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for app deployment and updates.
7. Utilize Git for version control, ensuring efficient code collaboration.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
9. Stay updated with Flutter best practices and emerging trends in mobile development.
10. Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless
app functionality.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● Certification in Flutter Development (preferred).
