Account Manager

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery
of services, and driving business growth. As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point
of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities for upselling, and
ensuring overall satisfaction.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining
strong, long-lasting relationships.
 Understand client needs and objectives, working closely with internal teams to ensure
the successful delivery of products or services.
 Actively manage client expectations, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of
issues and concerns.
 Monitor and track client satisfaction, gathering feedback and making recommendations
for improvements to products and services.
 Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges to offer
tailored solutions.
 Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling, cross
selling, and contract renewals.
 Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions
from sales to account management.

Prepare and present regular client reports, showcasing key performance indicators
(KPIs), metrics, and success stories.
 Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and support) to ensure a
seamless and high-quality client experience.
 Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and
conditions.
 Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to advise clients effectively..

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
