<p><strong>Key Tasks and Duties</strong><br />
Delivery &amp; Technical Oversight<br />
 Lead and manage OutSystems teams across multiple client engagements.<br />
 Oversee solution design, architecture validation, and application performance.<br />
 Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.<br />
 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.<br />
Client Engagement &amp; Business Development<br />
 Act as the face of OutSystems delivery for strategic clients, building trusted long-term<br />
relationships.<br />
 Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.<br />
 Support sales in pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, proposals, and<br />
SOW preparation.<br />
 Drive account growth, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to new business<br />
acquisition.<br />
Leadership &amp; Team Development<br />
 Mentor and coach team leads and developers to enhance delivery quality.<br />
 Collaborate with Sales, HR, and PMO teams to ensure smooth operations.<br />
 Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage certification and platform learning<br />
within the team.</p>
<p><strong>Qualification</strong><br />
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</p>
