Key Tasks and Duties
Delivery & Technical Oversight
 Lead and manage OutSystems teams across multiple client engagements.
 Oversee solution design, architecture validation, and application performance.
 Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Client Engagement & Business Development
 Act as the face of OutSystems delivery for strategic clients, building trusted long-term
relationships.
 Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 Support sales in pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, proposals, and
SOW preparation.
 Drive account growth, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to new business
acquisition.
Leadership & Team Development
 Mentor and coach team leads and developers to enhance delivery quality.
 Collaborate with Sales, HR, and PMO teams to ensure smooth operations.
 Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage certification and platform learning
within the team.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom or retail store.

   

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s lighting product range, including LED, decorative, architectural, and smart lighting solutions.

   

• Ensure attractive and effective product displays through proper visual merchandising techniques.

   

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory department for replenishment, and ensure the availability of key items.

   

• Handle escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

   

• Monitor competitor activities in the retail market and recommend enhancements to in-store offerings or marketing strategies.

   

• Assist with the planning and execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events.

   

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, staff performance evaluations, and customer feedback summaries.

   

• Ensure adherence to all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards within the retail environment.

   

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales supervision, preferably in the lighting, electronics, or home improvement industry.

   

   

• Familiarity with lighting technologies (e.g., LED, smart lighting) is a plus.

   

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail sales software (POS systems, CRM tools).

   

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Source and close sales with buyers, focusing on international investors
• Present properties professionally (plots, villas, ITC units) and manage negotiations
• Build and sustain client trust through regular follow-ups
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure inventory and
  collaboration opportunities
• Keep accurate sales records, client lists, and reports for management
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Strong background in real estate or high-value sales
• Prior experience dealing with international clients/investors preferred

Qualification
