Senior Digital Banking Specialist

Job Purpose
To assist the Head of Digital Banking & Innovation in planning, executing, and monitoring digital
initiatives, projects, and platforms in alignment with the bank’s strategic direction. The role
supports the design, integration, and continuous enhancement of digital and mobile channels,
driving innovation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Tasks and Duties
Strategic Responsibilities
 Support the implementation of the digital innovation strategy and monitor progress
against defined objectives.
 Conduct research on emerging digital trends and identify opportunities for technology
adoption.
 Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital projects
aligned with strategic goals.
 Assist in developing and deploying new features and enhancements for mobile banking
and other digital platforms.
Digital Operations & Platform Management
 Coordinate day-to-day operations of digital platforms (mobile, internet banking, CRM),
ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
 Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for data-driven
decision-making.
 Ensure compliance of digital solutions with internal policies and regulatory standards.
 Maintain operational documentation and support audit readiness.
Customer Experience & Innovation
 Promote user-centric design principles across digital platforms.
 Gather customer feedback and analyze data to recommend improvements in user
experience.

 Contribute to fostering a digital-first culture across departments through awareness and
collaboration initiatives.
Vendor and Project Coordination
 Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of
project milestones.
 Track project progress, budgets, and resources, and escalate issues when necessary.
Standards and Internal Policies
 Adhere to internal standards and report any incidents or policy violations to relevant
authorities.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or
equivalent discipline.

Sales Manager

Job Purpose
Lead and drive sales efforts in the real estate industry by developing strategies, managing
teams, engaging clients, and expanding market presence.
Key Tasks and Duties
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Create and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development plans.
• Motivate and lead the team to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and closings for high-value deals.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and team activities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperformance.

Qualification

T24 Senior Techno Functional Consultant

Job Purpose
The T24 Senior Techno Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business
requirements, designing T24-based solutions, and supporting implementation and development
efforts in alignment with the bank’s core banking architecture. This role requires close collaboration
with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and support of Temenos T24
functionalities.
Key Tasks and Duties

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical
specifications
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Provide architectural-compliant and performance-sensitive solution designs
• Collaborate with the development team by providing test cases and solution guidance
• Assist the technical team with implementation and troubleshooting
• Maintain continuous communication with the Head of Core Banking
• Ensure T24 solution design aligns with system architecture and performance standards
• Conduct impact analysis from a core banking perspective for new business requirements
• Support T24 modules including AA, MG, LD, MM, PD, AZ, AC, and FT

• Facilitate interactions between users, application teams, and external vendors

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
