Job Description

Needs to coordinate with IATA agents and get flight suggestions for group.

Once suggested flights get approved issue same through IATA agents.

Send tickets to all guests & maintain trackers for issuance data

Create and maintain excel sheets based on PNR, flight time etc for airport transfers plans

Able to make accurate bookings for Clients.

Resolve Clients queries by answering questions on travel arrangements.

Help to make and confirm reservations & provide good customer service.

Re-book tickets and other arrangements as per requirement.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 

Well-versed with Excel & Advance Excel

Good customer service skill

WORK LOCATION: Navi Mumbai
