Job Description

Responsible for managing financial operations including accounting, reporting, reconciliation,
and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

  •  Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general
    ledger entries.
  •  Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and financial records.
  •  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  •  Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
  •  Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and payroll transactions accurately.
  •  Ensure VAT/tax compliance and support external audit processes.
  •  Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all financial activities.
  •  Utilize accounting software to record and monitor financial data.
  •  Support management in financial analysis and variance tracking.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and ensure timely
    reporting.
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (GCC experience preferred).
