Product Development Specialist

To drive innovation and growth by leading the product lifecycle — including researching market
opportunities and customer needs, developing new concepts, managing product launches, and
monitoring post-launch performance with data-driven insights.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategy to ensure
alignment across functions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the product development section and ensure high
performance standards.
• Participate in departmental budgeting and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Apply data-driven approaches to identify new product opportunities that align with
organizational growth objectives.
• Develop and present innovative product concepts considering feasibility, customer needs,
risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage full product lifecycles — including revisions, enhancements, and discontinuation
based on performance.
• Create detailed product specifications and documentation outlining functionality and user
experience.
• Coordinate with internal and external data providers to ensure consistency and timeliness
of reporting.
• Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and recommend
improvements.
• Plan and execute product launch strategies, ensuring effective communication and
training for target segments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, market analysis, performance metrics,
and recommendations.
• Perform additional relevant tasks assigned by management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial modeling software is an
advantage.
• Sound understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
