Job Purpose
As a CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and integrating
CRM solutions tailored to meet business needs. You will play a crucial role in architecting
scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems that align with organizational goals.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions using platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft
Dynamics
 Customize CRM systems to meet specific business requirements
 Lead CRM integration with other enterprise systems
 Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
 Provide technical guidance and architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle
 Ensure CRM solutions follow best practices, security standards, and performance expectations
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project
managers

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
