We are hiring a Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our aesthetic clinic in Oman. The role involves managing the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, leading staff performance, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The candidate must have a strong focus on sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the clinic’s daily operations to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets for services and retail products
- Supervise and guide the front desk, sales team, and therapists to meet performance expectations
- Track and analyze performance indicators such as client conversion rates, retention, upselling, and average transaction value
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new clients and increase revenue
- Oversee appointment scheduling, inventory management, and treatment workflow
- Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and data confidentiality standards
- Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Report to head office and coordinate with senior management on strategic and operational matters
