Job Description

Job Purpose
The Foreman – MEP Works is responsible for supervising and coordinating the mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities at the project site. This role involves ensuring the
correct execution of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, managing on-site teams,
maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with other construction trades to
ensure timely project delivery.
Key Tasks and Duties
 Supervise and allocate work to MEP teams
 Ensure proper installation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
 Coordinate work sequencing with other trades
 Maintain site safety, quality standards, and daily reporting

Qualification
Diploma or ITI / BSc / B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system installation Safety compliance and reporting proficiency
