Job Description

Job Purpose
Oversee and coordinate on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per
approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while managing labour teams,
materials, and daily site progress reporting.
Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead site labour teams for civil activities.
 Ensure tasks are executed according to drawings and specifications.
 Manage material usage and workforce productivity.
 Report daily site issues to engineers.

Qualification
Diploma or ITI in Civil / Building Construction.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications. Effective communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
