Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, developing strategic sales plans, managing sales operations, and leading a sales team to drive business success. This role requires deep knowledge of the Omani market and a proven ability to lead B2B, B2C, and project sales initiatives.
Key Tasks and Duties
Develop and execute business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and establish strong market presence
Set individual sales targets and team quotas, and ensure accountability
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide periodic reports to senior management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through a deep understanding of client needs
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to leadership
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals and contracts
Identify new market opportunities and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
Track and respond to competitor activities, adjusting plans as needed
Guide, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
