Job Description

The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth customer service
delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with a
background in structured organizations or hospitality environments, capable of managing client
interactions, bookings, and inventory while leading front-line staff to maintain service excellence.

  •  Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution to maintain client
    satisfaction.
  •  Manage bookings, cancellations, and scheduling in line with company policies and
    procedures.
  •  Respond to customer inquiries through chat and phone channels in a timely and professional
    manner.
  •  Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock control.
  •  Supervise branch staff to ensure adherence to service standards and operational guidelines.
  •  Monitor daily branch performance and provide reports to senior management.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
    (preferred).
  •  3–6 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or structured corporate environments.
