Job Description

Responsible for sourcing and closing property sales with a strong focus on international investors.
The role requires excellent communication, sales expertise, and the ability to build strong
relationships with clients and developers.

  • Source and close sales with buyers, focusing on international investors
  • Present properties professionally (plots, villas, ITC units) and manage negotiations
  • Build and sustain client trust through regular follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure inventory and
    collaboration opportunities
  • Keep accurate sales records, client lists, and reports for management
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Strong background in real estate or high-value sales
  • Prior experience dealing with international clients/investors preferred

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
