Responsible for sourcing and closing property sales with a strong focus on international investors.
The role requires excellent communication, sales expertise, and the ability to build strong
relationships with clients and developers.
- Source and close sales with buyers, focusing on international investors
- Present properties professionally (plots, villas, ITC units) and manage negotiations
- Build and sustain client trust through regular follow-ups
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure inventory and
collaboration opportunities - Keep accurate sales records, client lists, and reports for management
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Strong background in real estate or high-value sales
- Prior experience dealing with international clients/investors preferred
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
