Job Description

Job Purpose
Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the company,
ensuring sustainable growth, compliance with regulations, and alignment with the Board of
Directors’ vision.
Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead the company and guide it toward achieving strategic objectives.
 Develop and manage major real estate and project development initiatives.
 Build and maintain strategic partnerships with investors, developers, and stakeholders.
 Oversee financial, operational, and administrative performance of the company.
 Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and investment policies.
 Drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable business growth.
 Provide regular performance, operational, and financial reports to the Board of Directors.
 Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence across all departments.

Qualification
 University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree
preferred).
 Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and investment policies.
