To oversee and ensure the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
during all phases of fabrication and construction. The role includes inspection, testing,
documentation, and supervision across piping, welding, painting, tanks, rotating/static
equipment, NDT, and HDPE piping systems in compliance with applicable codes and project
specifications.

• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, Welding Procedures
  (WPS, PQR, WQT), and QA/QC documentation.
•  Conduct inspections for fit-up, welding, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, dimensional
  checks, and NDT (RT, UT, PT, MPT).
•  Inspect piping, tanks, structural steel, HDPE, and painting/coating activities in compliance
  with standards such as ASME, API, ISO, AWS, DVS, and project specifications.
•  Supervise and monitor contractors/subcontractors and ensure adherence to project QA/QC
  standards and codes.
•  Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and internal teams to perform inspections,
  testing, audits, and documentation reviews.
•  Perform inspection and quality surveillance of rotating/static equipment, including pumps,
  turbines, compressors, vessels, and exchangers.
•  Review MTCs and inspect material handling, storage, and preservation procedures.
•  Manage preparation and submission of hydro test packages, punch lists, mechanical
  completion, and final dossiers.
•  Conduct and witness welder qualification tests, NDT, PWHT, vacuum box testing, air leak
  testing, and painting qualifications.
•  Monitor calibration records and usage of inspection tools and instruments.
•  Train, guide, and support quality compliance among teams and ensure ISO 9001:2015 QMS
  implementation.
•  Review final inspection documents for client submission and system handover.
•  Perform insulation material inspections, installation checks, and support insulation work as per
  specification.
