Construction Manager – Pipelines (Wet Utilities)

Responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and budget-compliant construction of water network infrastructure, including pipelines, pumping stations, and reservoirs. Ensures compliance with safety standards, manages teams and subcontractors, coordinates schedules, and monitors quality from initiation to final commissioning.

• Plan, organize, and manage pipeline construction projects from initiation to completion, including permits, regulations, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and review reports, drawings, RFIs, DPRs, work plans, method statements, and forecasts across project phases.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, maintain detailed records, and ensure civil works for wet utilities meet industry standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with company HSE standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement specifications and finalize infrastructure plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and correct installation of materials and equipment.
• Identify and address potential delays, risks, and emergencies; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum).
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (required).
• Familiarity with EPANET, GIS, and CAD/BIM software (preferred).
