Job Description

Responsible for leading business development and sales initiatives in IT solutions, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets across IT infrastructure, networking, security, data center, and software automation solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for IT transformation needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for client requirements (on-premises or cloud).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to align sales strategies with business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
