]]> Job Purpose:
The Way4 Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining OpenWay
WAY4 solutions for issuing and acquiring within banking operations. The role involves
customizing WAY4 applications, configuring workflows, developing transaction processing
systems, and integrating various banking services. The Way4 Developer will work closely
with cross-functional teams to enhance payment processing capabilities and security while
ensuring compliance with banking standards and certifications.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Develop, configure, and maintain OpenWay WAY4 solutions for transaction
processing in issuing and acquiring.
2. Customize WAY4 applications, including Forms, Menu, and Workflow
Customization.
3. Configure WAY4 Scheduler for automated transaction processing.
4. Integrate WAY4 WebServices (UFX/SOA) with banking applications and third-party
payment systems.
5. Implement local customizations for region-specific transaction requirements.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot WAY4 transaction switch operations to ensure seamless
performance.
7. Optimize payment processing workflows, enhancing transaction security and
efficiency.
8. Collaborate with business teams to implement new financial products on the WAY4
platform.
9. Ensure compliance with MasterCard & Visa certification requirements and payment
security standards.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration details,
workflow designs, and system enhancements.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Relevant certifications in payment systems (preferred).
