                    <description><![CDATA[<p>The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth customer service<br />
delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with a<br />
background in structured organizations or hospitality environments, capable of managing client<br />
interactions, bookings, and inventory while leading front-line staff to maintain service excellence.</p>
<ul>
<li> Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution to maintain client<br />
satisfaction.</li>
<li> Manage bookings, cancellations, and scheduling in line with company policies and<br />
procedures.</li>
<li> Respond to customer inquiries through chat and phone channels in a timely and professional<br />
manner.</li>
<li> Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock control.</li>
<li> Supervise branch staff to ensure adherence to service standards and operational guidelines.</li>
<li> Monitor daily branch performance and provide reports to senior management.</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.</li>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field<br />
(preferred).</li>
<li> 3–6 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or structured corporate environments.</li>
