• Design, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and lists using C#,
ASP.NET, InfoPath, and Nintex.
• Build modern business applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and
Power Platform components.
• Integrate SharePoint with SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems to ensure
data consistency and automation.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, configurations, and content structures for optimal
collaboration and governance.
• Execute migration and upgrade projects from SharePoint 2013/2016 to SharePoint
Online.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored
SharePoint-based solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment of SharePoint and Power
Platform applications.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, permissions, and processes.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security within SharePoint and Microsoft 365
ecosystems.
• Manage site collection settings, libraries, lists, and site templates as per organizational
standards.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and automation templates for internal
use.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and data
protection.
• Provide user training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance for SharePoint
users.
• Assist in planning, design, and execution of new business automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, deployment procedures, and IT policies.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•  4–6 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and
  customization.
•  Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration.
•  Experience with modern Microsoft 365 integrations and automation.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead technical projects and implement changes in Chatbot applications.
 Customize and integrate chatbot SDKs with platforms (web, iOS, Android, mobile apps, etc.).
 Integrate chatbot with communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, website, mobile).
 Apply programming skills (Java/J2EE, Python, Node.js, SQL, microservices, etc.).
 Ensure chatbot application maintenance and availability during project testing.
 Carry out root cause analysis and recommend viable solutions for incidents.
 Support SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases.
 Manage DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
 Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement chatbot enhancements.
 Assist in digital transformation and advise on technology trends.
 Review and maintain documentation, architecture, and solution designs.
 Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

 Evaluate technologies and suggest course corrections for improvements.
 Ensure adherence to project budgets, delivery timelines, and audit standards.
 Use proper change and release management procedures

Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 Additional certifications in project management, microservices, or security are desirable.
