]]> The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing works in interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong technical
expertise in HVAC systems along with good knowledge of electrical and plumbing works. The
candidate should ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of all MEP activities.

  • Design, review, and supervise MEP & HVAC works for interior fit-out projects.
  • Perform HVAC load calculations, duct routing, and equipment selection.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, full detailed BOQs, and material submittals to ensure
    accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise site installations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
    Coordinate MEP activities with architectural and interior works.
  • Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project
    specifications.
  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP works.
  • Negotiate with MEP & HVAC contractors, verify subcontractor quantities, and ensure
    that each cost item is calculated accurately.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
  • Assist in estimation, tender preparation, and client proposals.
  • Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspections, and handovers.
  • Prepare daily site reports and submit consolidated weekly progress reports.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
