The Delivery Excellence Manager is responsible for portfolio-wide oversight across all
consulting and technical projects, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, governance
frameworks, and KPI execution. The role supports Project Managers and Tech Team Heads to
ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across the organization.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Ensure alignment with delivery methodologies and standards
 Monitor delivery performance of consulting and ERP projects
 Ensure consistent quality checks and timely resolution of risks and issues
 Act as governance lead for portfolio-wide project performance
 Track delivery outcomes and client satisfaction across all projects
 Report portfolio performance, risks, and updates to executive leadership
 Collaborate with Department Heads to maintain delivery excellence standards
 Work with Resource & Utilization Lead to align staffing with delivery demands

Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
 Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PfMP
