                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong><br />
The CRM Developer will be responsible for the implementation, development, and<br />
customization of CRMNext (BusinessNext) solutions to enhance customer-related processes,<br />
including customer onboarding and account services. The role requires prior experience in<br />
CRMNext implementation for banks and a strong understanding of functional and technical<br />
solution development in the Gold version of CRMNext. The CRM Developer will work<br />
closely with stakeholders to develop workflows, configure layouts, integrate APIs, and optimize<br />
CRM performance.</p>
<p><strong>Key Tasks and Duties:</strong><br />
1. Develop and implement CRMNext solutions, ensuring alignment with banking<br />
business requirements.<br />
2. Design and configure workflows, business rules, and custom pages to optimize CRM<br />
functionality.<br />
3. Integrate SOAP and REST-based APIs to enhance CRMNext performance and third<br />
party connectivity.<br />
4. Optimize SQL database queries and procedures for enhanced system performance.<br />
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to authentication, IIS, and system lag.<br />
6. Customize and develop CRMNext layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet business<br />
needs.<br />
7. Develop and maintain Trinity Cross Sell Modeler for integrated data-driven sales<br />
approaches.<br />
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRMNext capabilities and user<br />
experience.<br />
9. Identify risks and improve system design by proposing relevant feature enhancements<br />
and mitigation strategies.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br />
● Certification in CRMNext or relevant CRM platforms (preferred).</p>
