]]> Job Purpose
The Senior IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) Developer is responsible for designing,
developing, testing, and deploying IPA solutions using UiPath. The role demands hands-on
experience in automation development, especially within the telecom domain. The candidate
must be capable of understanding complex business processes, converting them into
automation workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and
scalable automation solutions.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions using
UiPath.
 Work closely with business analysts and process owners to understand business requirements
and translate them into technical automation solutions.
 Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to coding standards, documenting solutions, and
performing unit testing.
 Maintain and support existing automation processes and ensure smooth operation in the
production environment.
 Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions.
 Ensure secure, scalable, and reusable automation solutions are developed in alignment with
best practices.
 Collaborate with other IPA developers and technical stakeholders across the automation
lifecycle.

 Conduct peer reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
 Troubleshoot and debug automation issues in a timely manner.
 Stay updated with the latest developments in UiPath and IPA technologies.
 Contribute to automation governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
